Tarot Originals & Melbourne Performancy

Upon return to Australia after four years away I found the folios of original drawings remaining from my Tarot.
Since a new edition of the deck has been released Dec 2025, it seems pertinent to offer some of these for sale. As there are quite a few and they are older works, the prices are within an affordable range of $69 to $180. They are all A4 size (considerably larger than they appear in the printed deck) on 200-250gsm cartridge paper and I have made new scans to accurately reflect the current condition including smudges stains etc.

In several cases I am offering the first pencil sketches such as the one at right as well as the pen renditions therefrom -while they are not as precise or fully rendered, there are some softer shading qualities particularly in faces which did not always translate to the more graphic final images.

In some cases (such as this one) where the pen versions have already been sold only the pencil versions are offered.

Also some of the offered originals -eg. the Sun card and the Chariot -are not the same as in the current published deck but earlier versions. The PDF catalogue of the available Tarot card originals (it can be expanded to fullscreen, and zooming in on details is also possible) can be viewed here:

The Fool on KaOs Uni-Cycle varies slightly on the backs of the cards so that when shuffled a ‘flipbook’ animation of his ride is created)

Although the first 64 copies of the Tarot Deck which included additional colour Major Arcana sold out in December 2025, the new edition of the full b&w deck (80 cards and 40-page booklet, now laminated with rounded corners and a sturdy colour box) remains available for $50 here:

Orryelle’s return to Australia has also heralded a new musical collaboration with Blood of a Pomegranate.
Her dramatic combination of Armenian folk ambience and industrial noise-scapes alternately contrasts and complements Orryelle’s post-classical violin and voice experimentation, also providing a powerful live soundtrack to his self-sculpting with clay and various appendages.

These images are from their first collaboration at Merri Creek Labyrinth Feb 21st, which also included gong, vibraphone and bass from Orryelle’s long-time collaborator Sonic FluX.

A second such performance is imminent on March 15th at Nighthawks in Melbourne, also featuring Adelaide’s Amamanita Axaxaxanax Glass Seer.
